If you've landed here it may be because you are asking yourself big questions such as:
  • "Why do I feel so bad right now?"
  • "How can I get to feel better?"
  • Or even "What's wrong with me?"
Or you might be able to name your difficulty as:
  • stress or anxiety
  • low mood or depression
  • difficulties in your relationships with partners, family or friends
  • problems with anger
  • struggles with body image
  • loss or bereavement
  • trauma
  • physical, sexual or emotional abuse
  • domestic violence
  • difficulties at work or with your studies
  • loss of meaning in your life.

Whatever your situation, it is possible that counselling could make a difference!  However, you may be feeling a bit anxious about asking for extra support.  That's quite normal!  The links below and to the side will tell you more about me and about counselling - if your question isn't answered here, do phone or email me (contact details here) to ask me direct.

"Might it help to talk to a counsellor?"

"Do I need to pay for a private counsellor or can I get help for free?"

"Is Christine the right counsellor for me?"
