A warm welcome to my website. I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist with 20 years' experience of counselling a wide range of people in different contexts.
I offer sessions in York and online to individuals aged 18 and over.
Counselling can help people to learn about themselves, overcome trauma, improve their relationships, grow in confidence, and find greater meaning in life.
It's my privilege to support people on this journey.
Might I be the right counsellor for you?
